Product Warranty
12-Month Worry-Free Warranty
Customers who purchase TEWEEKAI products enjoy a 12-month warranty, or longer if required by local laws or regulations, starting from the date on the sales invoice. If a performance failure occurs under normal use during the warranty period, TEWEEKAI will provide free maintenance services. A valid device serial number and proof of purchase are required to receive warranty service.
This warranty does not cover:
- Products dismantled, repaired, modified, or serviced without authorization, or used in conditions that do not follow recommended operating guidelines.
- Damage caused by misuse, such as drops, collisions, bending, excessive moisture, insufficient magnet suction, or use with incompatible accessories.
- Malfunctions resulting from force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters) or illegal product usage.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable parts unless they were defective at the time of purchase.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, incompatible parts, altered or missing serial numbers, or products that are stolen, resold, or counterfeit.
